Important Announcement: A New Chapter for The Proprietor's Lodge!

To all our valued patrons and friends in the Berkshires community:

It is with mixed emotions that we announce the closing of our restaurant service. We are sad to say goodbye to the routine of serving you lunch and dinner, but we are genuinely excited to announce that The Proprietor’s Lodge will be transitioning the entire facility into a premier destination for your events and private parties!

As of January 1,2026, we will be focusing on hosting a wide variety of public and private events.

We are thrilled to confirm that we will still be serving our popular Sunday brunch to the public! You can continue to enjoy your favorite brunch dishes and those beautiful Pontoosuc Lake views every Sunday.

This shift allows us to focus entirely on what we do best: hosting unforgettable events!

The Proprietor’s Lodge has multiple spaces available to accommodate private parties and events ranging from 25 to 250 people.

Our completely renovated venue is perfect for:

Weddings and galas
Corporate seminars
Celebrations of life
Community gatherings
Private parties and more!

We look forward to creating even more special moments with you as a premier event destination.

A Note on Gift Cards: Please be advised that we will not be selling any more gift cards effective immediately. Any gift cards already in circulation can be used for our final dining services before December 28, 2025, or they can be redeemed for Sunday brunch or for any of our future public events.

Last Call for Restaurant Dining: Please note that lunch and dinner service will conclude on December 28, 2025. Be sure to join us for our last few weeks of dining! Reservations are accepted and recommended; please call or use our website’s inquiry form.
